Refund policy
At Fango, each ceramic piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and dedication. We understand that our customers value both quality and a smooth shopping experience. Below are our return and exchange conditions:
1. Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will take care of sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
- 3. Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or due to an error on our part.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us at frida@casafango.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the return shipping address.
- Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund.
